The state of Oklahoma requires a prescription to be on file for PT services. You are welcome to schedule, however our office will not approve the appointment unless you have a valid prescription for Physical Therapy on file for your child, no matter the insurance.

Rachelle Ward

Rachelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She has almost 3 years of experience working in the pediatric outpatient setting. She enjoys working with families and children of all ages and disabilities to build skills to become independent, grow stronger, gain confidence, obtain coping strategies, increase participation in school and social situations, and many more.

In her free time she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, going to the pool/lake in the summer, playing with their dogs, all things Harry Potter, and hanging with her friends. Rachelle also loves playing golf and going to OU football games with her dad.
